We spent Christmas Eve/Christmas morning at home this year. It was just the three of us, and we had a lot of fun. We read (tried to anyways) some stories and watched the nativity on DVD. We opened pajamas which Jacob LOVED. It's usually a battle to get him in his PJ's at night but this time he was so excited he tried to put them on all by himself. After Jacob went to bed Jarom and I broke out the birthday cake. On Christmas morning we were up about 7 am which is when Jacob gets up everyday. His dad took him out to the front room to see what Santa brought. He was excited to see a big box which had his desk in it. We put it together before we opened anything else. Jacob loves having his own place to color. He got so excited to get the crayons, markers, colored pencils and coloring books. He didn't notice there were more things for him to open. It was a lot of fun to watch his eyes and mouth get big with all of the new toys!!!!!
